Who is this programme for?

The programme is primarily designed for networks of organisations looking to engage their partners, but it is equally suitable for individual organisations. It is intended for those responsible for environmental sustainability within their structure — typically sustainability managers, but also potentially staff from logistics, procurement, or finance, depending on internal roles and responsibilities. Leadership engagement is essential at key milestones, including the programme kickoff, roadmap validation, and development of the monitoring framework. Through hands-on exercises, expert mentoring, and shared examples, the programme builds internal capacity over time — enabling organisations to take ownership of their climate and environmental transition.

This programme helps you operationalise that commitment — especially Commitment 2 on emissions reductions and environmental sustainability. It provides a clear, structured, practical process to measure your footprint, prioritise high-impact actions, and develop an actionable roadmap aligned with science-based targets. In short, it helps you move from commitment to measurable progress.

We’ve started some environmental initiatives already. Is this still relevant?

Absolutely. The programme provides a coherent framework to integrate, prioritise, and scale your existing efforts. It helps you set measurable goals and embed environmental and climate action across the organisation.

Is the focus only on carbon emissions? What about resilience and broader environmental issues?
